Key Responsibilities

- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
- Create engaging instructional materials, e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
- Facilitate live online workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions using modern training tools.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and leadership to align training with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new learning technologies, and best practices in corporate training.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees to support individual career development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in virtual training platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design and adapt instructional content for diverse learners.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, talent development, or instructional design.
- Proven track record of delivering successful virtual or hybrid training programs.
- Experience working with U.S.-based professionals in corporate environments preferred.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote schedule with core availability during standard U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
- Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required depending on client needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
- Ability to engage remote learners effectively through interactive methods.
- Analytical skills to measure training outcomes and recommend improvements.
