Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

  • Maintain records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to meet performance targets and improve processes.

  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and internet browsing.

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.




Experience



  • Prior experience in customer service, live chat support, or a call center environment is preferred but not required.

  • Experience working remotely or independently is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Part-time schedule with flexible hours.

  • Availability to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

  • Minimum commitment: 15–25 hours per week.
