Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. This is a fully work-from-home position, offering flexibility while contributing to a professional and dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Provide product or service information to clients and guide them through processes when needed.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in communication, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
