We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Real Estate Telemarketer to join our team at HR Service Jobs. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the real estate market.
  • Introduce and promote real estate services, including properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for further follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry (although not mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industries is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours with some evening and weekend shifts as needed to accommodate client time zones.
