Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Computer Operator for a billing and banking role. This position will involve handling various administrative tasks related to computer operations, billing processes, and banking transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and processing billing information and banking transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining financial records and statements.
- Operate and maintain computer systems and software for billing and banking functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and banking records through careful investigation and follow-up.
- Generate and submit reports related to financial operations and account management.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding billing and banking processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing or banking software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial operations.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a computer operator, billing, or banking-related role.
- Experience in handling financial transactions, invoicing, or data entry is preferred.
- Familiarity with banking software or financial databases is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
