Job Summary
As a Virtual Assistant at American Airlines, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and internal teams with a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks. This remote position is designed for those with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to service excellence, whether part-time or full-time. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding virtual customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings for internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or an administrative role.

Working Hours
