Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred for some positions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience with CRM software and remote work tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
