Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our services and engage with potential clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the HR or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
