Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, focusing on building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the HR or service industry.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading negotiations.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
