  • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product features and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of new software releases and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
