Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to improve recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform business decisions and enhance HR processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field is preferred.
• Internship or project experience involving data manipulation and analysis will be considered an asset.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
