- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Participate in training and development initiatives, assisting in the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous internships or coursework related to human resources is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
Working Hours:
- This internship is a full-time position, requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
