You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that our counter displays are appealing and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the sales counter and display areas.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking items as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and feedback in a constructive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
