Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst specializing in Advanced Analytics. This role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Design, develop, and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical methodologies and project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on advanced analytics and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably within a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and reporting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible options available depending on project needs.
