Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentation of findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR analytics or within a human resources environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
