Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
