Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR department in various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for human resources, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and organize company events or training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help with performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a human resources capacity.
- Experience with recruitment processes and HR systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak recruitment periods.
