HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and organize company events or training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help with performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a human resources capacity.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and HR systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak recruitment periods.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
