Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As an Admin Assistant, you will support various administrative functions, contributing to the efficiency of our HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and communicating with candidates.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and process various HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Contribute to the development of office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department or corporate environment.
- Experience with HR software and database management is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on project needs.
