Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and reports.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing materials and orientations.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is advantageous.
