HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Executive cum Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this dual role, you will ensure that our front office operations run smoothly while providing essential administrative support to enhance overall productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports and documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Update and maintain office databases, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Provide assistance to team members as required.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or similar is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or office support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing positions is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required for special events or projects.
