Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the company ticketing system.
  • Monitor system performance and offer guidance on best practices to optimize system functionality.
  • Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and use of company products.
  • Stay updated on the latest product developments, features, and technical enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and guides for customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify trends in support requests to recommend long-term solutions or improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network configurations.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Familiarity with help desk and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • This position follows a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required based on customer needs and emergencies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Capable of managing time effectively and adhering to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.
