Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a freelance or consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Working Hours

This is a flexible freelance position that allows you to set your own hours. While some client meetings may require availability during standard business hours, the majority of work can be completed at your convenience.
