  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (CRM experience preferred).

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical support or IT products is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • This position requires flexibility to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Specific hours may vary based on business needs.
