Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to enhance overall department effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Experience
- No prior HR experience is required; however, internships or coursework related to Human Resources will be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be available based on project requirements.

- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
