Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to customer service.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
