Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage documentation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to customer service.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs.
