Job Summary

Sutherland Global Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled DuckCreek DMS Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements for DuckCreek DMS implementations.
• Design, develop, and configure DuckCreek DMS solutions tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DuckCreek applications and integrations.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing DuckCreek solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations, enhancements, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest DuckCreek releases and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DuckCreek DMS solution development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DuckCreek DMS or similar insurance technology platforms.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Working Hours

This position typically operates during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate project needs and client requirements.
