Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and innovative Visual Designer for Power BI Dashboards to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and functionality.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to a diverse audience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance design quality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in data visualization and Power BI.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing dashboards, making updates as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual design, particularly for data visualization tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Power BI and a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and the ability to translate data into visual narratives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting design ideas clearly.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Data Visualization, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design or data visualization, preferably with Power BI.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates are expected to maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the team during core business hours.
