Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to continuously improve processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering BI projects from inception to completion.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position. Core working hours are flexible but should generally align with standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM in the local time zone).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
