HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Back Office Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and payroll processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and clients, providing assistance as needed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or back office role preferred.
- Experience in HR or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours; part-time commitment of 15-25 hours per week, based on your availability.
