Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Tele Caller for our Telugu Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting with our clients and prospects, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales initiatives. This position is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills in Telugu and have a passion for engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our services and gather feedback.
• Effectively communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and engaging manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on call outcomes and assist in achieving team sales targets.
• Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections gracefully.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Experience

• Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with a strong desire to excel in tele-sales are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
