Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our services and gather feedback.
  • Effectively communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on call outcomes and assist in achieving team sales targets.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections gracefully.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong desire to excel in tele-sales are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
