Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Analyst to join our dynamic team on the night shift. This remote position is ideal for individuals who excel in managing orders, ensuring timely processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Order Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our order fulfillment processes, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately manage and process customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, inquiries, and issue resolution, providing timely and professional responses.
- Data Management: Maintain and update order records in our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure smooth order flow and address any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and any issues encountered, presenting findings to management for process improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot order-related issues, implementing solutions to enhance the overall order management process.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errors in order management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service roles.
- Experience in remote work settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexibility required based on business needs).
