Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for our night shift operations. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring seamless administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire documentation.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project completion.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR metrics and strategic planning.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the HR department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or HR-related roles.
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.
Working Hours
- Night shift position: 10 PM to 6 AM (flexibility may be required based on workload).
