Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire documentation.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project completion.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR metrics and strategic planning.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or HR-related roles.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Night shift position: 10 PM to 6 AM (flexibility may be required based on workload).
