Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Phone Banking Officer to join our International BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will handle inquiries related to banking products, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, products, and account management.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
- Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and banking policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document interactions with customers in the CRM system for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our international clientele.
