Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including document collection and background checks.
  • Maintain regular contact with hiring managers to discuss requirements and recruitment status.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using job boards and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant HR software.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required, freshers are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time (Flexible work hours)
  • 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
