Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Experience in handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, with a shift-based schedule. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
