Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions, including benefits, payroll, leave policies, and company procedures.
  • Document and track employee interactions using our CRM system, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex inquiries and provide comprehensive support.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee support initiatives, providing feedback on processes and systems.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure employee satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on company policies and HR best practices to provide relevant and accurate information to employees.
  • Support training and onboarding initiatives for new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or HR support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or HR-related position.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, employee benefits, and labor laws is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule. Candidates should be available to work during core business hours, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed to accommodate employee inquiries.
