HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Shift Service Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients during the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support issues during night hours.
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on various IT-related queries, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all service desk activities, including issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service desk policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on the latest technology trends and service desk best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Proficient in ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support position.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a night shift capacity.
Working Hours
- This is a night shift position, requiring availability from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
