Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
- Familiarity with current technologies and methodologies in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the college level or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technologies is a plus.
Working Hours
- Part-time hours, typically including evenings or weekends, depending on course scheduling.
