- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline data management processes.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an HR or administrative capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with a commitment of 20-40 hours per week.
- Must be available for occasional team meetings and collaboration during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
