Key Responsibilities

- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support various administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Exceptional typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
- Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data management is an advantage.
Working Hours
- This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours; candidates can choose their own schedule within core operational hours.
