Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or phone-based roles.
- Experience working remotely or in a flexible environment is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours with shifts that accommodate different time zones.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Must be available for at least 20 hours per week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of mobile communication tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, and other messaging platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
