Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR services sector to drive growth and revenue. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and enhance company visibility. Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the HR services industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Previous experience in the HR services sector is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to accommodate client needs and attend industry events may be required.
