HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that our work environment remains safe and welcoming for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Restock supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Assist with set up and tear down of furniture for events and meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of English, both written and verbal.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Experience working in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with a night shift schedule.
• Typical hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional weekend or holiday shifts may be required.
