Job Summary:

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Remote). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Bell customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical difficulties in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process orders, billing inquiries, account updates, and service changes.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Bell products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for various Bell services and technical support, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up to date on new products, services, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and working with CRM systems.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with technology and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Positive, professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or telecommunications environment.
  • Experience with sales, troubleshooting, or technical support is a plus.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time or part-time remote positions available.
