  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards related to phlebotomy and healthcare.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to varying environments.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Experience working in mobile or travel-based roles is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, based on assignment locations.
