Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all procedures comply with safety and infection control standards.
• Properly label and secure samples for transportation to laboratories.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, procedures, and sample details.
• Communicate with clients to explain procedures and address concerns.
• Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring all equipment is available and sanitized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using digital tools to log and track appointments.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Experience in mobile or home-based phlebotomy is a plus.

Working Hours
