Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture snacks with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all products meet Frito-Lays quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Participate in team-based activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including product count, material usage, and equipment status.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve production processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
• Experience in operating machinery, assembly lines, or other similar industrial roles will be a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible shifts.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standard workweek: 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.

• Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a focus on individual performance.
